The First Quarter of 2026 is Almost Done

And the experimenting with the many different gluten free flours, mostly those available at Asian markets. It’s really interesting to see what the differences are in the flavor, aroma and texture of these many varieties. I had never seen coconut flour before I spotted it on the shelves of SM Seafood Market in San Bernardino. I will be making more again this Sunday so be sure to get your order in!
